MERCEDES-BENZ S CLASS

The W221 S Class was one of the most luxurious cars in the world when it was introduced in 2006, and they represent fantastic value now as a used vehicle if you can find a good example.

This particular car has had only 3 owners from new, and comes with an extremely comprehensive service history and copies of various invoices showing the owners really cared for the car.

The outside is finished in Iridium silver, and the bodywork is very clean with few signs of any scratches or marks. There are one or two areas that can be smart repaired if required and these can be seen in the photos and video. The car sits on the factory 17 inch wheels which again are in fantastic condition, and all tyres have good tread. The car has really come up well after cleaning.

Moving to the inside and the full leather interior is finished in dark basalt grey and is in fantastic condition with no rips or tears. Again, following cleaning this has been brought back to looking almost like new. Every S class carries an extensive range of options and this example is no different with electrically adjustable heated front seats; command navigation and multi CD player, along with the sunroof to lighten the interior. The car even has the original Nokia phone in the centre console - a really rare find.

Fitted with the V6 3.5 Litre petrol engine, this is the rarer version of the car, but despite its impressive performance it has been returning over 28 mpg in use. I drove this car over 50 miles and it performs exactly as you would expect with a super smooth and relaxed drive cosseted from the outside world.

The first owner kept the car until 2015 when it was purchased as an approved used vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Blackburn in January by its second owner who lived in Caerwent, Newport for £14,495 with 37.101 miles at the time. It was acquired by the third owner who lived in the area, and sadly passed away, which is why the car is now for sale.
